Announcement Regarding Applications for "Disengagement and Lateral Transfer with No Obstacles"
Starting from the Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, graduating students are required to complete the following procedures through the Student Information System (ubys.karatekin.edu.tr) . Students must submit their withdrawal request using the following menus: "Student System -> Student Information Screen -> Other -> Start Withdrawal Process" . After the student initiates the disenrollment process, the status of the application can be tracked through the Student Information Screen -> Other -> Disenrollment Process Tracking menus. It is important for our graduating students, especially those coming from outside the city, to complete the process in advance and to check whether the process is complete before coming to receive their diplomas, in order to avoid any problems.
