Our students who are subject to the Finance and Banking (Vocational Education in Business) Main Curriculum of our department will receive 7 semesters of formal education and 1 semester (14 weeks) of full-time practical education in businesses. In this way, it is expected that our students will have the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge they receive in business life and will be equipped to successfully take part in the business world after graduation.

Since vocational education in business covers students registered as of the 2024-2025 fall semester (based on the letter numbered 212948 of our Dean`s Office and the letter numbered 212700 of the General Secretariat Office dated 25.09.2024, students who registered before the 24-25 academic year but have zero ECTS for various reasons are also included in the scope of IME), it is anticipated that the first application for vocational education in business will be made in the 2027-2028 academic year.

The process regarding the training practices to be taken in businesses for 1 term (the process regarding taking the vocational training course in business and thus initiating, conducting, finalizing and evaluating the practice) will be operated in accordance with our University`s Vocational Training in Business Regulation.
