Our department`s undergraduate program Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs); define the knowledge, skills and competencies that our students must gain until they graduate in order to achieve our program educational objectives. Our undergraduate program`s Program Learning Outcomes are listed below:

PLOs1. Learns about the legal aspects of the financial markets and institutions.

PLOs2. Gains detailed knowledge regarding the numerical methods used extensively in banking and finance.

PLOs3. Obtains the ability to follow and analyze the banking practices and financial markets.

PLOs4. Analyzes the validity of the theories on banking and finance in current financial conditions.

PLOs5. Develops the ability to compile, analyze and evaluate of data using the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field.

PLOs6. Obtains the ability to apply techniques in financial markets in teamwork and with a sense of responsibility.

PLOs7. Gains the ability to evaluate the financial management process of the organization in detail and assume all kinds of responsibilities in the process.

PLOs8. Becomes competent in establishing, analysing and evaluating financial and economic models.

PLOs9. Acts in accordance with scientific, social and ethic values during the process of gaining, analyzing, publishing financial information and process of practicing the financial ideas.

PLOs10. Produces solutions to the problems encountered in the field of banking and finance with ideas and suggestions obtained as a result of in-depth analysis.

Within the program learning outcomes (general criteria) of our department, there are also program-specific program learning outcomes (in other words, program-specific criteria) that will provide knowledge, skills or competence through courses that are specific to the Finance and Banking Undergraduate Program, distinguish this Undergraduate Program from other Undergraduate Programs and reflect the characteristic features of this Undergraduate Program.
